Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their usage of CTC People. Updating Your Information Contact us if you would like to review and update your personal information to ensure it is accurate. We will respond to all requests for access, to correct inaccurate data, update information, or delete information within 10 business days. Your Data CTC People’s customers may submit data to Click-Recruit for hosting and processing purposes. CTC People will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such data except as provided in the CTC People Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the CTC People Master Subscription Agreement, CTC People may access such data only for the purpose of providing Click-Recruit services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law.
Integrated Systems CTC People’s customers may integrate other systems, including those available via the salesforce.com AppExchange, into Click-Recruit for their own business purposes. CTC People has no visibility over the privacy controls within those systems. CTC People’s customers should familiarise themselves with the privacy controls of those systems.
Access to Data Controlled by our Customers Typically, CTC People is a data processor and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct queries to the appropriate CTC People customer. If a customer requests our assistance in the removal of data we will respond to such requests within 10 business days.
Data Retention CTC People will retain your information (including customer data we collect on behalf of our customers) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Click-Recruit, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as otherwise reasonably necessary for our business purposes.
Mobile Applications may provide CTC People with information related to Users’ use of the Mobile Application services, information regarding Users’ computer systems, and information regarding Users’ interaction with Mobile Applications, which CTC People may use to provide and improve the Mobile Application services. For example, all actions taken in a Mobile Application may be logged, along with associated information (such as the time of day when each action was taken). CTC People may also share anonymous data about these actions with third party providers of analytics services. In addition, if a User downloads a salesforce.com or CTC People Mobile Application after clicking on a third-party mobile advertisement for the Mobile Application or for salesforce.com or CTC People, the third-party advertiser may provide those parties with certain information, such as the User’s Device identification information, which may then be used to track the performance of its advertising campaigns.
Customers may configure CTC People and salesforce.com Mobile Application services, and the information accessed or obtained by the Mobile Application on a User’s Device may be affected by the customer’s configuration. In addition, if a customer purchases more than one Service from salesforce.com and its affiliates, a Mobile Application may be designed to interoperate with those Services; for instance, to provide a User with access to information from any or all of those Services or to provide information from a User’s Device to any or all of those Services. Information accessed or obtained by the Mobile Application on a User’s Device may be accessible to the customer and its organisation, depending on the intended functionality of the Mobile Application.
