The CTC People ATS was built to handle the full recruitment lifecycle for any organisation that hires — agency or corporate in-house, matching candidates to roles across Permanent, Contract, Temporary and Executive Search. Along the way, we identified just how specialised healthcare recruitment really is: doctor credentialing, shift-based placement, rostering and compliance demands that generic recruitment tools handle poorly. Rather than bolt on a workaround, we built a dedicated Medical solution on the same platform — addressing that gap directly for hospitals, clinics and medical recruitment agencies, and now our fastest-growing specialty.
